He started real estate business when he was very young, where the industry was not equipped with Marketing Agencies, Technical Support and Liaison Team. KRS Sir strived ALL ALONE to reach his own targets. His hard work and dedication set an example for the younger generation and many entrepreneurs in the civil industry.  

Single handed he has completed more than 20+ layout in Bangalore and Mysore, still an active, enthusiastic and young hearted person. Actively guiding the entire team with his motivational talks and moral support.
