A Dynamic individual and an analytical problem-solver with talents for team building, leading and motivating, is a Diploma Graduate from Adoni, Andra Pradesh and held senior/leadership positions having 25 years of extensive experience in the construction industry with leading firms and corporates.

Started his career as Civil Engineer at Mahaveer and reached the management level within a span of 5 years.  With this hand on experience, he confidently started his company named as “Pioneer Developers’ from scratch and has successfully completed more than 40 residential projects, today he has built a very big Empire with more than 60 engineering and non-engineering staff.

His ambition kept on growing where he extended his hands and owned Managing Partner at KRS Evergreen Structures. Starting from the growth of 10000sft to 7 lakhs sft till date. He never restricted his growth only in residential, he also has completed many commercials, layout and villa projects in Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh.
